Situated in the rural countryside village of Aston, just outside of Nantwich. Best known for our friendly, welcoming staff, real ale selection, and delicious food! We are an independent, family run pub - local to the village and pub for many years - until we took over from Simon and Nicky's incredible legacy in 2024!

We were nominated in the top three, for Nantwich Food Fest Awards 2025 - In Best Pub with Food! We unfortunately did not come first, but to even place in the top 3 in our first food awards is such an achievement, and we are so proud of our team!
We have also been nominated, and one of the finalists for Shop Local Nantwich Community Award! VOTING IS OPEN FOR THIS AWARD UNTIL DECEMBER.
Our first year, and already an award-winning pub!
Delighted to announce we have been awarded by our local Camra, South Cheshire for their Spring Pub of The Season 2025! Thanks to CAMRA, and to all our locals who keep drinking our beer - and love what Ben and Neil, offer on draught.
Also, we have been awarded by SME Enterprise UK - Best Family Run Pub of the Year Cheshire and Best Real Ale Selection Cheshire.
